Connie Sue Sharp

Connie Sue Sharp, age 74, of Knoxville, Tennessee passed away on Thursday, July 3, 2025. She was born June 3, 1951 in Loudon County, TN. Connie retired from TDOT after many years of faithful service. In her spare time, she enjoyed traveling to the ocean. Connie was also an avid reader, phenomenal cook, and gardner. She was a long time member of New Salem Baptist Church in Kodak, TN. Connie was a firm believer in the Lord and loved spending time with her family.

Connie was preceded in death by husband, Jimmy Sharp; first husband, Carl Foust with whom she had four children; parents, Maxwell Wade and Barbara Jean Davis; brothers, John, Jim, Frank, and Ralph Davis; son-in-law, Greg Walker.

She is survived by children, Malissa ( J.D.) Buckner, Carolyn Walker (fiance, Tim Myers), Angela (Darrell) Bates, Carl "Bubba" Foust III; grandchildren, Justin (Nicole) Walker, David (Britney) Bates, Britny Deskin, Leslie Bates (fiance, Henry Rollen), Rebecca Walker (fiance, Ike Quinton), Kellie (Allen) Cox, Jodey "Tigger" Deskin, Carl "Lil Man" Foust IV, Johnathon "Boog" Foust, Hunter "Bug" Foust; great grandchildren, Shyanne, Kimberly, and Tyler Deskin, Robert Rose, Savannah, Alyssa, and Allie Walker, Katherine Trent, Delaney, Easton, and Mason Quinton, Alexis and David Bates, Angela Brown, Isabella, and Henry Rollen, Killian Ridener, Dean Cox, Carl V, Daxton, Rowan, and Ali Sue Foust; sisters, Becky (Rex) Anders, Sarah Roof, Betty Jane Davis, Mary Ellen (Jim) Quiett, Kathy Brooks; brothers, Walt (Kathy) Davis and Billy (Tasha) Davis; her favorite fur baby, Harley.

Family will receive friends Thursday, July 10th from 5-7pm at Berry Lynnhurst Funeral Home with funeral service to follow at 7pm with Rev. Bill LaRoy officiating. Graveside service will take place Friday, July 11th at at Lynnhurst Cemetery meeting at the graveside at 2:45pm for a 3pm service. Pallbearers to include: Carl Foust IV, Johnathon Foust, Hunter Foust, Henry Rollen, Allen Cox, Jodey Deskin, and J.D. Buckner.
