I have a lot of good memories of Tom. He was friends with my parents when I was growing up, I thought he was hilarious. Was over at his house playing with Tommy for years. Prayers to the family.

So sorry to hear about Tom. He was a dear friend and co-worker of mine for several years.  I was a Customer Services Analyst for the Tennessee District also domiciled in Chattanooga during the 90's. Tom was the MPOO during that time and our offices were next to each other. The last time I saw him I was headed to Kingsport , TN to conduct route inspections and stopped in Morristown to see him. He was full of plans to retire and enjoy sailing for years to come. He was a wonderful man and a true friend . Prayers for the family and may God Bless.
