He was a respected member of the IBEW Local 760 and contributed significantly to the IBEW Local 760 Credit Union Board of Directors.
Preceded in death by his loving parents, William ("Doc") and Beatrice ("Sug"), as well as his brother Gene Shepherd, and in-laws Annie ("Big Mother") and Holley ("Big Daddy"), Estelle and Warren Bolton, Ralph Holley, and Sharon Holley, Shep leaves behind a family who cherished him deeply. He is survived by his devoted wife, Linda Sue Shepherd; his treasured daughter and son-in-law, Stephanie and Paul Shamiyeh; and his precious grandchildren, Jordan and Hollie. Shep also leaves behind his sister-in-law Jama Shepherd (Gene - deceased); brother Jerry Shepherd (Margaret) along with several nieces and nephews.
