Opal Jeanette Lowe, age 79 of Knoxville, born October 12, 1937, went home to be with her Savior Jesus on September 1, 2017. Opal was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Lowe, daughter, Teresa Lowe and her parents, James and Lillie Mae Lambdin. Opal is survived by her daughters: Cecilia Lowe, Debora (Charles) Lynch, Janice (Jamie) Cash, Rebecca (David) Kennedy and son, David Lowe; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
