Trotter, Richard, of Knoxville, passed away March 20, 2013 at home.
Survived by his mother, Peggy Paul; sister, Lisa Nance; brother, Roy Trotter; son, Vincent King and granddaughter, Emily; several aunts, uncles, nephews and nieces, Candice, Roy Jr., Nicholas, Lani, Braylon, and Gavin.
