Agustin Reyes

Born and raised in Puerta De Aguilar, NL, Agustin moved to US dedicated many years of his life to the construction industry, building not just houses, but a strong foundation for his family. He later served the community with dedication and pride for over 13 years with the Mercedes Housing Authority. In his retirement, he found joy and contentment at home doing yard work and surrounded by family and loved ones.

Agustin was preceded in death by his parents, Felipe Reyes and Ramona Villanueva and siblings, Merced Reyes, Juan Reyes, Faustino Reyes, Rumaldo Reyes, Anselmo Reyes and Jose Reyes.

He leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories with his beloved wife, Maria del Rosario Reyes, and his children, Jaime Reyes, Adolfo Reyes, Agustin Reyes Jr., San Juanita Reyes, and Anna Patricia Reyes. He was a proud grandfather to 13 grandchildren, including 2 great grandchildren. He is also survived by his siblings,Herminio Reyes, Placido (Bruno) Reyes, Desiderio Reyes.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m., at Heavenly Grace Funeral Home in La Feria, TX. In accordance with Agustin's wishes, cremation will follow.

Agustin's kind spirit, unwavering dedication to his family, and gentle presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
