

Arnulfo G. Gonzalez, born on July 18, 1948, entered eternal rest on January 7, 2026. A devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, Arnulfo lived a life defined by love, generosity, and an unwavering commitment to family.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Nora Sanchez; his children, Brenda Lee Gonzalez (Mario Castro) and Michael Gonzalez; and his cherished grandchildren, Ella Rose Gonzalez and Izeyah Michael Castro, who were a constant source of pride and joy. Family was always Arnulfo’s highest priority, and his presence was a steady foundation of care, guidance, and love.
Arnulfo is also survived by his siblings: Robert Gonzalez, Israel Gonzalez, Pablo Gonzalez Jr., Rene Gonzalez, Josie Casanova, Aida Casanova, and Nellie Gonzalez, as well as numerous nieces and nephews who will fondly remember his kindness, wisdom, and generous spirit.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Angela Garza and Pablo Gonzalez; his sister, Rosa Linda Gonzalez; and his loving in-laws, Lorenzo and Flora Sanchez.
Arnulfo was known for his lifelong passion for automobiles, particularly his love for working on his Volkswagen. His dedication to restoring and caring for his vehicles reflected his patience, craftsmanship, and pride, and his car collection was a meaningful source of enjoyment throughout his life. He also found great pleasure in watching football, comedy films, and classic westerns—often sharing these moments with those around him.
Above all, Arnulfo will be remembered as a deeply loving and helpful man, always willing to extend a hand or offer support. His warmth, humility, and devotion to family left a lasting impression on all who knew him. His legacy of love and service will continue to live on through the generations he cherished.
A visitation will be held at Heavenly Grace Funeral Home from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm with a rosary at 7:00 pm on Tuesday January 13, 2026. On Wednesday January 14 at 10:00 am we will have a chapel service before we proceed to our burial at Heavenly Grace memorial park.
The Gonzalez and Sanchez families would like to extend a special thank you to all of those who have been a part of Arnulfo's life and those that have contributed to his funeral.
