He was a loving grandfather of 19 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. He was a loving husband to Angelina Trejo for 56 years and a wonderful father to 8 children.
Bernardo is survived by his children Griselda Trejo; Nicolas Trejo; Imelda Trejo; Bernardo Trejo Jr.; Francisco Trejo; Andres Trejo; and Guadalupe Trejo; his granddaughters Clarissa Florez and his Zakinah Florez.
Bernardo was preceded in death by his son Heriberto Trejo; his grandson Christopher Trejo.
A visitation for Bernardo will be held Tuesday, December 27, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Heavenly Grace Funeral Home, 26873 N. White Ranch Road, La Feria, Texas 78559. An interment will occur Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Heavenly Grace Memorial Park, 26873 N. White Ranch Road, La Feria, Texas 78559.
