Ecriselda "La Gata" Gonzalez

Ecriselda “La Gata” Gonzalez 60 of La Feria, Texas was called home by her Lord November 26, 2022. She was born to Maria Elida Huerta and Ruben Gonzalez on May 27, 1962, in La Feria, Texas. Ecriselda will always be remembered for her wisecracks, kindness, and the abundance of love she showed her family.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Maria Elida Huerta; three brothers, Noe Ramos, Ezequiel Ramos, Adiel Maldonado, one sister, Elvira Gomez; and one nephew, Juan Jose Ramos.

She is survived by 2 sisters, Linda Sanchez of La Feria, Norma (Juan) Loredo of Idaho, and 1 brother, Jorge Maldonado of La Feria; Nancy Guadalupe Vasquez, whom she loved as her own; 11 nieces, 4 nephews that meant the world to her; and numerous friends.

A visitation for La Gata will be held Friday, December 2, 2022 from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. at Heavenly Grace Funeral Home, 26873 N. White Ranch Road, La Feria, Texas 78559
