Elida Maria Espinoza

Strong spirited, independent, hard working, excellent cook, a heart full of love and kindness, these are just a few of many descriptions that come to mind when thinking of Elida. She was loved by all and adored by many, she molded a life well lived and will forever remain in the hearts of whose lives she’s touched.

Elida is reunited in eternal rest with her husband, Reynaldo B. Espinoza, who passed away on February 7, 2012, her beloved grandson, Carlo Lurey Espinoza, who passed away on June 11, 2021, and her son Reynaldo Espinoza, who passed March 23, 2025.

She is survived by her daughter, Sue Yvonne Espinoza (Jose Martin Alvarado) and her sons, Carlos Espinoza (Maria Elena Gil), Eleazar Espinoza (Norma A. Espinoza) and Freddie A. Espinoza ( Maria G. Granados). Her grandchildren: Charleen Espinoza (David Rene Closner Jr), Caroleen Espinoza (Javier Enrique Cantu), Roger, Liza Ranee Alvarado (Jackie N Valdez), Ilene, Katie, Normajean, Elida, Freddie Jr., and Ebony Love. Her great grandchildren: Melanie, Cheyenne, Roger Jr. June, and Randin.

She was definitely the heart of the family, the center of which our world revolved. Her love and strength will remain with us forever.
