Elvira is survived by; 2 daughters Emma (Julian III) Garcia, and Enedelia (Jorge) Garcia; and 3 sons Pedro (Norma) Caballero, Juan Riojas, and Jose (Iliana) Riojas. She also leaves behind 16 loving grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
Elvira was preceded in death by her parents Victoria Salinas and Agapito Cantu, and her late 3 sisters.
Elvira enjoyed bingo and loved being the center of attention with all her blinged out clothing.
Visitation will be held Sunday, March 3, 2019 from 1 PM to 9 PM with a 7 PM rosary at Heavenly Grace Funeral Home, 26873 N. White Ranch Road, La Feria, Texas 78559. A service for Elvira will be held Monday, March 4, 2019 at 10:00 AM with burial to follow at Heavenly Grace Memorial Park.
