Katherine was the most loving, courageous and intelligent woman we have ever known. She always put others before herself and wanted everyone to be happy. Katherine loved working on her ranch and she was the happiest when family and friends were gathered at Katherine's Heaven. Katherine would have given her last dollar to anyone in need. Her soul brought calmness to anyone who was caught in a storm. Her words of wisdom never fell short. Her efforts and differences made will echo throughout the years of time. Katherine shall never be forgotten for she will live on in our hearts forever.
Katherine is survived by her husband, Juan Antonio Coy Jr.; her daughter Yvonne Lugo (Mark Lugo); her daughter Frensheska Garcia (Josh Garcia); and her son Brintton Ayala.; her father Jesus Hernandez; her sister Elizabeth Christina Carrillo, her sister Flor Garza, her brother Jessie Hernandez Jr., her brother Manuel Hernandez and her brother Joe Castillo Hernandez; her 9 year old grandson Markie Lugo and her 2 year old granddaughter Katie-Lucille Lugo.
Katherine was preceded in death by her mother Alice C. Hernandez.
