Patricia Diane Fernandez

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Patricia (Trish) Diane Fernandez, beloved wife, mother, daughter, grandmother, and dear friend. Trish left us on January 4, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories.

Trish was a woman whose heart was as warm and comforting as the hand-crafted gifts she lovingly crocheted with her beloved friend Paulina for those they held dear. Her talents extended far beyond her craft though; Trish will be remembered by her grandchildren by her songs she sung to them. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life, whether it was walking barefoot on the beach with her friend Kim, getting lost in the pages of a good book, or enjoying a classic film with family and friends.

Her strength, kindness, and infectious laughter touched all who knew her. As a devoted wife and mother, Trish created a home filled with love, support, and unwavering devotion to those she cared for. She was a steadfast friend, always offering a listening ear and a warm hug to anyone in need.

Trish’s memory will live on in the hearts of her husband Martin Fernandez, parents, Vera and Leslie Chambers, her children Adreanna Elleen Maguregui (Brandon Wishon), Sasha Jackson (Zachary), Jonathan Fernandez (Heather Daley), and Charles Fernandez (Dia Torres), her grandchildren Gavon Chambers, Lydia Jackson, Scarlett Fernandez, Ember Wishon, Cynder Wishon, Zayden Torres, Nevvin Torres, and Juliet Fernandez, brother, Charles Alan (Eunice) McGill and her lifelong friends Paulina Brewer, Octavia Purcell, Kim and Joe Tamayo and their kids Damon and Judith, and all those whose lives were brightened by her love. She is preceded in death by her father, Charles Edward McGill. We take comfort in knowing that she is now at peace, surrounded by the love she so freely gave.

Rest in peace, Trish. You will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.
