She was born to the late William Isaac and Edna Marie (Cornett) Luke in Lynch, KY on July 31, 1928.
Billie was a member of Grace Baptist Church, where she played the organ, and attaneded University of Kentucky and Pepperdine College.
She was preceded in death by her parents and daughters; Julianna and Elizabeth Marie.
Left to cherish the memory of Billie are her 6 grandchildren; Megan Shannon (Kyle), Samantha Netherton, Michael Bright (Amy), James Waddle (Kim), Amanda Woosley, and Jacob Heminokeky, many great-grandchildren and friends.
A service to celebrate the life of Billie will be held at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home on Friday, June 15, 2018 at 1pm with burial to follow at Valley of Rest in LaGrange, KY. Visitation will be from 11am until the start of the service.
Memorial donations can be made in Billie's name to Grace Baptist Church for the Building Fund.
