She was born to the late Frank and Susie Mae Weber in Louisville, Kentucky on September 6, 1925.
Carmel was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and formerly a member of St. Joe's and Holy Trinity.
She is preceded in death by her husband; Marvin Crabtree, 3 grandsons; Kevin, Greg, and Jeff Hardin, and 1 granddaughter; Ashley Weber.
Left to cherish the memory of Carmel are her children; Sherry Hardin (David), John Crabtree (Mary), Joseph Crabtree, and Michael Weber (Laura), 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
A Funeral Mass will be held at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at 10am with burial to follow a Shiloh United Methodist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home on Monday evening from 3-8pm with a prayer service at 7pm.
Memorial donations can be made in Carmel's name to American Lung Association.
