He was born in Stanton, KY on February 26, 1963 to Pryce and Della Spicer. David later became a Master Electrician.
David is preceded in death by his wife of 26 years; Deborah Spicer, son; Stephen Zachary Spicer, and father; Pryce Spicer.
Left to cherish the memory of David are his sons; William Pryce Spicer (Bethany), David Conrad Spicer (Editha), and Adam Spicer, 5 grandchildren; Eagan, Caroline, Elias, Easen, and Sebastian Spicer, mother; Della Spicer, and siblings; Patricia Spicer, Debbie Wilson (Bruce), and Dana Spicer (Teresa).
A Celebration of Life will be held at Phos Community Church, 4200 Centerfield Dr, Crestwood, KY 40014 at 2pm on Thursday, January 17, 2019 and Friday, January 18, 2019 at 2pm at Pine Crest First Church of God, 7110 KY Hwy 52, Beattyville, KY 41311.
