She was a member of Westport Road Church of Christ, a retired phone operator for AT&T, caregiver and baby sitter.
Preceding her in death was her husband of 49 years, Luther Raymond Crutcher; parents: Aud B. Hart and Anna Elizabeth Shain.
Survivors include her sons: Larry Raymond Crutcher (Marge) and Jerry Mason Crutcher (Sue); grandchildren: Nancy Martin (Billy), Jason Crutcher and Ashley Crutcher; sisters: Alayna Johnson and Betty Natcher and her beloved dog Molly.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11 AM on Wednesday, June 8, 2016 at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens East. Visitation from 3-8 PM on Tuesday.
