She was a member of Covington Baptist Church. Elizabeth was also a member of Up River Band and Derby City Chorus.
Preceding her in death was her husband: J.T. Cook.
Survivors include her son: John Andrew “Drew” Cook and his wife Tonya; grandson: Ian Cook; brother: Ralph Goodlett (Audrey).
A funeral service will be conducted at Noon on Monday, February 2, 2015, at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens East. Visitation is from 10 AM until Noon Monday.
