He was born to the late Todd and Betsy Tate Adams on October 19, 1964 in Louisville.
A long time farmhand for Rawlings Crab Orchard Farms and loved fishing for Bass.
He is preceded in death by his wife; Patricia Adams, and son; Matthew Adams.
Left to cherish the memory of Joseph are his son; Joseph "Joe" Lee Adams Jr. (Taylor Bell), grandchildren; Mckinsey Blythe, Zachary Adams and Khloe Adams, brother; David Adams, and many friends.
Cremation has been chosen.
