She was the past Mayor of Orchard Grass Hills and former Board Member of the Kentucky Alpaca Association. Judie received her Bachelors degree from University of Louisville in Computer Engineering.
She was preceded in death by her father; Norman Leep.
Left to cherish the memory of Judie are her husband of 50 years; Bob Gilpin, daughters; Erin Gilpin and Angela Probus (Damian), grandchildren; Joshua Gilpin (Chelsea), Bobby Heightchew, Zahne Peyton, and Riley Probus, 1 great-grandson, mother; Edith Leep, and brother; Greg Leep.
A Celebration of Life for Judie will be held at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home at 11am on Monday, January 15th with visitation from 2-7pm on Sunday, January 14th at the funeral home.
Memorial donations to honor the life of Judie can be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
