He was a member of LaGrange Baptist Church. Lewis was a salesman for Belknap and Browning Chevrolet.
Preceding him in death were his parents; Eb and Margaret Wallace; brothers, David, Joe and Bud Wallace; sisters, Virginia Moore and Ruth Riddell.
Survivors include his wife of 71 years, Jean Black Wallace; daughter, Barbara Harrod (Horace Jr.); grandsons, Justin (Shawna) and Jordan (Tara) Harrod; great grandchildren, Ethan, Molly, Hannah, Cooper and Charli.
A private service will be held for the family.
