She was born to the late Walter and Betty (Deboe) Manford in Louisville on July 28, 1948.
Lynn was a member of St. Aloysius Catholic Church and loved doing puzzles and making jewelry.
She was preceded in death by her brother; Ronald Manford.
Left to cherish the memory of Lynn is her husband of 43 years; Matt Cissell, daughter; Sammy Redmon (Mark), 4 grandchildren, 1 great-granddaughter, brother; Walter R. Manford, extended family and friends.
A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday, June 8, 2023 at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home, 706 W Jefferson St, LaGrange from 10am-2pm.
