

She was born on June 3, 1940, in Louisville, Kentucky, to the late William A. Tapp Sr. and Margaret D. Simpson Tapp.
A 30-year retiree of the United States Postal Service in LaGrange and later retired after 18 years of dedicated service at Wal-Mart. Noralee continued to give back through her 25 years as a volunteer with Baptist Health LaGrange wearing many hats to include gift shop manager and working with their pillow program. She found great joy and connection in participating in the local LIFT program.
Noralee was preceded in death by her beloved husband, John Thomas Moock Sr.; brothers, William A. Tapp Jr, Herman C. Tapp, John J. Tapp, and Robert L. Tapp Sr.; son-in-law, Robert Hunter.
She is lovingly remembered by her children: John T. (Tom) Moock Jr., Candy Lee King (Jerry), Cindy McGraw (Tom), and Charlotte Hunter.
Her greatest pride was her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren who called her Granny: Tammy Lee Sherer (Randy), John T. Moock III (Jen), Lesley Manley (Jordan Besser-Guerrero), Justin King (Amanda Blessing), Noralee Moock, William Sherer, and Jonathan Moock. These cherished grandchildren will honor her by serving as pallbearers.
Noralee was a lifelong and faithful member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, where a mass of christian burial will be held on Saturday, May 24, 2025 at 11am with burial to follow in Valley of Rest Cemetery. Visitation will be at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home from 4-8pm on Thursday and Friday evening.
