Word has been received of the death of Ann Carle Sperling, wife of the late Ret. Col. Gerald J. Sperling. She died Saturday, January 19, 2013 at Longhorn Village Healthcare facility in Austin, Texas.
She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Ann is survived by a son, Michael C. Sperling (Paula), daughters, Ann Sperling-Kennedy (Lonnie), Austin, Texas, Dorothy Gunkel (Roger), Elk City, Oklahoma, Linda K. Sperling, Houston, Texas; granddaughters, Chelsey Scales (Trey) Amarillo, Texas; Jessica Roberts (Colby) Elk City, Oklahoma; three great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to your local Alzheimer's Association, the ASPCA, or a charity of your choice.
A Private family service will be held at a later time.
