Age 87, passed away peacefully April 27, 2014 in Austin, Texas. Born August, 1926 and preceded in death by his loving wife of 60 years Barbara P. Graves. Survived by his three sons, Larry and spouse Kim, Ron and Alan and five grandchildren Ronald Prince, Lauren Graves, Barbara Anne Graves, Ian Graves and Lindsey Graves.
Charles was a WWII veteran and served in the US Army active and reserves from 1944 to 1972. Outside of the military he held sales management positions with companies such as General Dynamics, Liquid Carbonic, Houston Natural Gas and Chicago Bridge and Iron.
Charles was an avid golfer and enjoyed playing both recreational and tournament golf with friends and family. Always a loving son, husband, father and grandfather, his wisdom and generosity will be missed very much.
Cremation was chosen and a military service will be planned at a later date.
