Ivan Edgar Rangel, age 17 was taken to his heavenly home on Sunday August 20th 2023. Ivan was born in Webster , Texas on September 10th 2005 to Larrisa Dominguez and Edgar Rangel . Ivan was so kind hearted and giving. He always helped others and was an ear to listen and a shoulder to cry on. He loved everyone who crossed his path and was a friend to all. He loved all his friends and family. There wasn’t a soul he didn’t love. He was so expansive and had a heart of gold. He always said it like it was and was unapologetically himself.
Ivan will be missed by all that knew him. We will miss Ivan’s sweet texts and pictures he would send. We will miss the “I love you” and “be safe” texts. And we will miss his signature surprised face pose, But mostly we will miss his big hugs and warm smile.
Ivan is survived by his parents Larrisa Dominguez and Edgar Rangel, siblings Damian and Julian Rangel, grandparents Ben & Susana Dominguez and Jaime & Rigoberto Rangel, aunts Erika Masters, Pamela Dominguez and Denisse Yanez and uncle Ben Dominguez II along with numerous cousins.
