Jane, Alan, Chris, Lisa and to your beautiful family, I am so sad and heart broken to hear about Jim's passing.  I know this must be a very hard time for all and I pray to God that you find peace and comfort in this time of loss.  Jim was the best boss I have worked for in my entire Dow career.  I am so honored to say I knew each of you through his talks and wonderful stories of how proud he was of his boys and lovely daughter.  Jim always kept in touch through emails during the holidays with wonderful pictures of his beautiful family.  I will truly miss Jim, he was a true model of a family man that loved his family and had the heart to care for his fellow employees and friends.  My heart felt condolences.  God bless you all and please take care of Jane, she needs all the support and love.

I had the pleasure of working with Jim for several years at B-1811 when it was Resin's Research under Kirby Lowery. Jim was a very honest, respectful, and open-minded man with a witty dry sense of humor. I never heard him raise his voice and he always spoke so lovingly and fond of Jane and the children, Yes - we did accomplish some work while we were on the clock.  I still have a cooking apron that Jane handmade and embroidered for me one Christmas. I treasure it to this day as well as Jim's guidance in helping me mature and learn patience (still working on those).
My heart felt prayers with all of you and I know that you are better people because of your Dad/Husband.  I raise my glass in his Honor and Memory.

I am so sorry to hear of Jim’s passing. He was one of the best and nicest supervisors I worked with at Dow. 

Dear Jane,  I'm so saddened to hear about Jim's sudden passing.  My Dad texted this morning.  I'll always remember the fun bridge games you all had.  Sending healing prayers and comforting hugs!!  Please take care.
