He was born in Cape Girardeau, Missouri on July 18th, 1942. During Jeff’s life, he attended and earned his Bachelor’s from Texas State University. Jeff was an active member for many years at St. David’s Episcopal Church. Currently, he is a member of St. Luke’s on the Lake. He was an avid outdoorsmen. He enjoyed hiking, camping, gardening, and sailing.
Jeff is survived by his wife Carol Culbertson, his daughters Michelle Fox, Robin Davis, and Melanie Mounce. Also surviving are his grandchildren: Sean Fox, Angie Fox, Zach Davis, Chris Caldwell, and Ruby Davis. He is also survived by his sister, Ricki Lanning.
His service will be held Friday, May 31, 2024 at 11:00 AM at St. Luke's on the Lake Episcopal Church (5600 Ranch Rd 620 N, Austin, Texas 78732) followed by a short reception. There will be an additional graveside service at 2 PM at Cook Walden/Forest Oaks at the Mausoleum (6300 W William Cannon Dr., Austin, Texas 78749).
