Tatum was born November 22nd 1976 in Ottumwa, Iowa to John and Shari Vittetoe.
She is 1 of 4 siblings. Her oldest brother Travis, older sister Tina and younger brother Troy.
She graduated from City High School in Iowa City, Iowa.
While working for NCS Pearson in Iowa, Tatum traveled to numerous places throughout the US.
In 1999 while traveling to Austin, TX she met Ray Sapinoro her future husband.
Ray and Tatum married in 2003 and she is survived by her husband and 3 children - Jaedyn, Hailey and Colton.
Besides spending time with her family and friends, Tatum had a passion for arts and crafts, traveling, crocheting and attending all her kids sporting events - Basketball, Flag Football, Soccer, Swimming and Taekwondo.
Tatum had a bright and energetic personality and was known for her ability to sense when people needed help. She touched many lives with her generosity and passion for life. Her kindness was unmatched. She was emersed in numerous volunteer activities especially around the kid’s lives.
Family and Friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life gathering on Saturday January 22, 10am-11:30am at Austin Christian Fellowship (ACF) located at 6401 River Place Blvd, Austin, TX 78730 in Riverplace.
