She was one of 8 children of which she is survived by her brother Donald Sowers, and sisters Betty Vedel, Phyllis Brown, Beverly Delgadillo and Nancy Flinn. Donna was predeceased by Sisters Dorothy Urban and Diane Conrad.
She was mother to Bruce Planellas, Christopher Planellas, Virginia Puckett, Deborah Weckner and David Cook. In addition she was grandmother to Derek Planellas Sr., Phillip Planellas, Gabriel Planellas, Donald Weckner, Elena Fielder, James Weckner (deceased) and great grandmother to Derek Planellas Jr., Dylan Planellas, Cherish Planellas, Jordan Planellas, Myra Planellas, Tia Planellas, Chloe Planellas, Hannah Fielder, Noah Fielder and Elijah Fielder.
As a sister, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend she was loved and will be missed.
A Memorial Service will be held on October 6th in Lancaster, California.
