We announce with a heavy heart the passing of Jazmine Medina. She was born on October 1, 2006, in Mission Hills, California, to parents Brooke Baca and Isidro Medina Jr. She passed away at the young age of 18.
Jazmine attended Vaughn Next Century Learning Center from Preschool through 11th grade. She moved to Lancaster, California, during her senior year and graduated from Antelope Valley High School. After graduation, she attended California State University, Northridge for a year. She was majoring in Psychology because she had a big heart and wanted to help people.
Jazmine was a big sister to Alejandro and Brooklyn. She enjoyed being a big sister and loved them very much. She loved horses, cars, and spending time with family and friends, sunsets, and the moon. She was known for being outspoken, kind, loving, adventurous, and bold.
Jazmine has entered eternal rest to be with her loved ones in heaven. She will be greatly missed by everyone whose heart she touched during her beautiful life.
