Randall Eugene Hawthorne, Jr. was born in Richland, Washington, on July 10, 1957. His earthly life ended quietly, peacefully, and unexpectedly, in the early a.m. hours of October 6, 2019, in the home that he shared, with his wife, Wanda, in Lancaster, California.

In 2013, Randy rekindled a love affair with his former teenage long term girlfriend, Wanda, whom he'd known for 42 years. After a continual two year relationship, on January 17, 2015, Randy and Wanda became husband and wife, in a formal Las Vegas, Nevada wedding, witnessed by amass family members.
For the next 4 years and 8 months that followed, Wanda and Randy shared a loving home and marital relationship. Together, they enjoyed the time God orchestrated and afforded them.
In future years, after Wanda's retirement, she and Randy were planning to relocate to North Carolina. They spoke of enjoying a quiet life together, riding bicycles, going to concerts, and spending leisurely time together.
Randy spent his last, and best years, living a gratified life.
