Bema your were my Grandma, my Prayer Warrior and my friend. I love you and I know I will see you again in Heaven.... I love you and miss you.... Cindy

I had the pleasure of meeting Bema in June of 2014. At that moment, if anyone would have told me I was going to care for her as much as I did/do, I wouldn't have believed them. Bema showed me love that you would think you could only show family. I am grateful to have met her, and the entire Patterson family. Her passing was hard for all of us, but even those who knew her for very little time have very fond memories.

Bernice or fondly referred to as "Beema" was always a guiding light and source  of strength for those who knew her.I will miss her but know she is at peace in heaven.
