Albert Pastore, a retired airline inspector passed away peacefully on July 9, 2018 at the age of 80. He was born January 15, 1938 in Brooklyn, New York and had been a resident of Nevada for many years. Al married the love of his life, Roseann Manza 60 years ago. During that time he served in the United States Air Force for 4 years and received an honorable discharge. Al worked in the airline industry for over 35 years. He had retired from Pan Am Airlines after 30 years of service and shortly after retirement, he decided that he wanted to continue to work which he became an employee of Delta Airlines for 5 years.
He enjoyed working, having a glass of Scotch while entertaining and playing blackjack. He also loved to cook. His presentations and the taste of the food were memorable. His family was the biggest love to him, but his greatest love was his love for his adoring wife, Roseann. Al will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
Albert was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene and Ann Pastore; and all of his siblings, Madeline Finnegan, Josephine Altadonna, Louise Evans, Joseph Pastore and Eugene Pastore, Jr.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his devoted wife, Roseann Pastore; his two children, Albert (Debra) Pastore and Maryann Pastore; four grandchildren, Tia Judson, Joseph, Samantha and Nicholas Pastore; a great-grandson, Luke Massa. A memorial service will be forthcoming.
