My mom (Andrea Lyden) was one of a kind. She was the kind of person that you could go to with your problems and she would tell you what to do without looking back.  Her laugh was contagious.  I miss her so much but I know she is in a better place now.

For a long time I thought you were the sister I never had, but I realize you were not that at all. Life didn’t force us together by blood, I chose you. I chose you because of your heart. I chose you because of your soul. I chose you because of your spirit, my favorite one in the world. I chose you because I loved you, and still do. The hole in my life will never be filled. I don’t don’t want it to be. I want the pain, because I reminds me how lucky I am to have had you I my life. I miss you. Desperately.
