My deepest condolences to Tammy and all  family.  May the memories you have built together help you deal with the huge void Ben's departure has left.  

I met Ben through Tammy.  We had a wonderful friendship with her and Ben as they also happened to live in the same town as we did in California before they moved to Vegas.  Ben was a great cook and we loved going to each other’s home for dinner. When Tammy notified me that Ben had passed away it was hard to believe her heart breaking  news. Ben was a great guy. It’s not fair that his life was cut too short. May he Rest In Peace. We pray for Tammy to stay strong and grieve for her during this difficult time.  Sending our love and blessings. 💖🙏🏻❣️😇

Ben was my big brother who I am going to miss so very much.   I will always remember his teasing playful nature, his great gift for cooking and gardening, and so many fond special childhood memories that make my heart smile.  Although it is so hard to say goodbye to him, I am at peace knowing that he is now up in heaven with our Dad who I know greeted him with open arms and a huge smile!  Rest in Peace my Precious brother you will be missed more than you will ever know!!!

I remember Ben coming into the store where I had worked, on his way to see Tammy. He was always so friendly and happy. 

I remember he and Tammy visiting my sister, at the condo we lived in. He would tell us funny stories about their dog, Cuddles. 

Ben was always so kind. He always had a smile on his face. Although he'll be missed by all his family and friends, I hope they will all take comfort in knowing that he's no longer in any pain, but he's whole again, and smiling upon all of you. 

My heart goes out to you Tammy. I will keep you in my prayers. Prayers for peace and comfort during this difficult time of grieving.

We met Ben through Tammy so I was pleasantly surprised when I saw him working at Zales Jewelers - Hillsdale Shopping Center. Ben was my go to person when he worked there as a young man. He would help me and my mom and was always very patient with us especially when we couldn’t decide on a piece. 

Ben and Tammy invited my family of four for dinner when they lived in California. My kids were still very young then. We had a delicious meal served that evening in the warmth of their home. Such a generous and loving person he was and a wonderful host!

Ben will always be remembered for his smiling eyes, his energy, his patience, and his witty remarks. He is now with his loving Creator and no longer feeling any physical pain, mental anguish, or emotional distress. May his soul be at peace and resting in a more beautiful place. May Tammy and family heal from their loss.

The first thing I noticed about Ben were his kind eyes. Underneath those kind eyes was a warm, generous and thoughtful heart.

Ben loved to cook! Remembering our first time having dinner at his and Tammy’s first home in Hayward ...  with a look of pride and excitement on his face, he told us he just learned how to make sushi. Out he comes with a platter of sushi, they were not the prettiest, with rice and filling falling out of the nori wrapping, but were nonetheless delicious!

Ben was such a brave soul! He showed us his bravery, great strength of spirit and resilience in the years of enduring his health challenges. I share with you this quote from Ralph Waldo Emerson, “It is not the length of life, but depth of life.” Someone as special as Ben will never be forgotten. He was taken from us too soon, but he will live in our hearts forever young. May you rest in peace dear friend.

Ben was a great cook.  We always enjoyed having dinner with Ben and Tammy.  He was very happy and shared stories while we watch him prepare our fancy meals.  He was proud like a Chef.  
I will miss how he came to Tammy and my rescue immediately when we were flooded and stuck in our car while going home.  He was not well, however he was always strong to help others.  
We will miss his kindness and his giving of himself always.  While writing this, I miss how incredibly genuine he was to me and my family for all these years.

In memory of Ben’s life, a donation was made to help others.  This gift gives meaning  to Ben’s life and uses his life for good.

My fondest memory of Ben is his weekly telephone calls.  Our discussions were about politics, the economy, cooking, the fruit trees he had planted and everyday happening.  This is how Ben and I stayed connected  by sharing  and verbalizing our thoughts about life.  I will  miss his telephone calls and his thoughtfulness.

Most of all Ben’s life influenced me to be more patient and kind to others.  When I think of Ben I will always remember to live a life with kindness and patience.
