

Bijon Antonio Esfahani passed away at the early age of 20 years old in Gilbert, AZ on December 27th 2019. He lived in Las Vegas, but was receiving cancer treatment in AZ, and bravely lost his battle against T-Cell Lymphoblastic lymphoma cancer.
Bijon was born in Omaha, Nebraska to Toni and Sy Esfahani, and sisters Sophia Keithley and Perisa Esfahani. He moved to Las Vegas when he was two years old. He graduated from Bishop Gorman High School and started college at UNR. It was in Reno that he found out he had cancer. He was determine to stay in school and start chemo treatment, thus beginning his journey. He transferred to UNLV and worked at the Boys & Girls Club while receiving his chemo treatments.
He was not only a brother and a son, he was the most giving, kind-hearted, charismatic person that anybody has ever met. He loved playing his trumpet and listening to jazz music, he volunteered at Bishop Gorman to assist their band program. He was an old soul, a Broncos fan, a peace maker, and a comedian at heart. He had a heart of gold and constantly made everyone smile and laugh. Although his life on earth was short, he touched the hearts of many.
