Zoo trip Sue ofter took Paul and our family out to the zoo when she came to visit us in the summer time She was so generous with her time on these visits I remember many of our conversations and her no nonsense honest answers.

sue was devoted to her children and grand children if permitted she showed up at every major event in Robert and I lives including my collage graduation 2015 she just jumped in her car and came down to support me

spending time on holy grounds 2014  sue had a deep conviction of her faith and she did her very best to help all of her children know her testimony. and to help them develop their own.  she had a challenging life who she only shared with her closes family members including her daughter in law. she put two of her sons on missions  and help her other youngest son and daughter throughout most of their lives even into their adult years!                           I know this come from having teachers heart and coming from the experiences she endured in her early marriage  she often told me her children were the only good thing that came out of that time in her life. she loved to read and learn and this helped her find Jesus after being a victim of domestic violence.  she put her self through school and for years after her divorce she raised her children with out any help or support from her family parents and siblings.

When Sue came to Utah in the summer we had lots of time to visit and enjoy her peach cobbler one of her favorite desserts she loved taking  "Paul called her his little grandma" for walks in nature when we were invited to join her in snowbird we had lots of pool time and talked about everything

Carol come to visit me at the birth of our son she showed up stayed with me and two week knowing id had a very difficult birth she showed up for me and Robert and her grandson in our hour of need she was a wonderful loving person

Carol/ sue as we knew her was alway their for the important event in our lives including summers at snowbird and Holidays like thanksgiving , Christmas she loved all of her sons and their wives

With heartfelt sympathy to the family and friends of Ms. Broadbent.  May you find comfort in God's Word and in knowing that others feel your sadness as well.  Death and the loss of a dear loved one are the hardest things that we will probably ever have to cope with in this life.  But the Bible offers hope!  Pointing to a glorious time just ahead, Isaiah 25:8 (and Revelation 21:3,4) says "God will actually swallow up death forever and Jehovah God will certainly wipe the tears from all faces.  Please also read John 5:28,29.  These wonderful verses have helped many bereaved ones, including myself. I hope you will find the same comfort.  Once again, my deepest and sincerest condolences.
