Carolina Beckley

CAROLINA BECKLEY Carolina Beckley, 81, a retired teacher, of Las Vegas, passed away Saturday, May 28, 2011. She was born Oct. 30, 1929, in Brownfield, Texas, and lived in Nevada most of her life. She was a member of the Episcopal Church of Nevada. Carolina is survived by her son, Doug Beckley and his wife, Lisa of Las Vegas; one granddaughter, Kendall Beckley; and sisters, Norma Ludicke and Lorna Arent. There will be a memorial service at 3 p.m., Tuesday, June 14, at Grace in the Desert Episcopal Church, 2004 Spring Gate Lane, Las Vegas, NV 89134, (702) 838-7444. A reception is immediately following services in the Church parish hall. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Grace in the Desert Episcopal Church.
