Carson Heath

Carson Guedes Heath was born to Frank Lamar Heath and Conceicao "Coi" Maria Guedes Heath in Murray, Utah on July 26, 1969. He was the oldest of four siblings; Clifton, Audrianna, and Vanessa. His family moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1974; and he graduated from Western High School in 1987. While attending high school, he performed as a saxophonist with the varsity band.

Carson was raised to be fiercely patriotic; and he selflessly served in the United States Marine Corps as a Corporal during Operation Desert Storm. He was also stationed in Okinawa Prefecture and Yuma, Arizona. He was honorably discharged from military service in 1992. In 1996, Carson began his decades-long employment at the CertainTeed Manufacturing Plant in Blue Diamond, Nevada. Carson also served as an Elder in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Carson met the love of his life, Angela Marie DiGeorge, in 1997; and they were married on August 29, 1999. On May 14, 2003, Angela gave birth to their son, Gabriel DiGeorge Heath. Carson was never known for being reserved, and he unabashedly loved his wife and son.

Carson was an enthusiastic gamer and storyteller, delighting in creating all manner of roleplaying settings for games like Dungeons & Dragons, Pathfinder, Starfinder, & Vampire: The Masquerade. He was a 70’s and 80’s music lover, a believer in the supernatural, a conspiracy theorist, a motion picture enthusiast, a voracious reader of both fantasy and science fiction novels; and, a collector of comic books, figurines, and other memorabilia.

Carson was staunchly loyal to his family and friends; and he was equally as passionate about spending as much time as possible with both. He was a Steward for Teamsters Local 631, convinced that the rights of his fellow employees needed to be protected. He was also a lifelong Republican, steadfastly believing in the American truisms of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

Carson Guedes Heath passed away on Tuesday, August 27, 2024, at the age of 55, from injuries sustained in a motorcycle collision.
