

Conrad is survived by his wife, Marie Aclan Guevarra; his children, Jennifer Guevarra and Culbert Guevarra; his grandchildren, CJ, Christian, and Jazen; his brothers, Paul Guevarra and Patricio Guevarra; and his sisters, Cora Guevarra, Fely Millar, Teresa Torres, and Mesia Dela Cruz. He is predeceased by his youngest son, Allen Guevarra; his parents, Victor and Apolonia Guevarra; and his brother Eduardo Guevarra.
Conrad was born in Lipa City, Philippines on May 16, 1948. He enlisted to serve in the US Navy on December 6, 1968. On June 26, 1972, he married Marie, now a retired nurse, and welcomed their three children during the early part of their 50-year marriage. While serving in San Diego, California, Conrad earned a double Associates Degree from Southwestern College and City University in 1992 and 1998 respectively. While balancing a career and family, he earned his Bachelors Degree in Accounting in 1997. After 22 years of serving, Conrad retired with honors on October 1, 1998, as Chief Interior Communications Electrician.
After retirement, Conrad and Marie enjoyed life traveling the world on luxurious cruise ships, visiting 23 countries. An avid ballroom dancer, Conrad volunteered as a Dance Instructor in dance studios throughout Las Vegas. He also had a passion for electronics, often buying and repairing computers. A devoted Catholic, Conrad will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
A viewing is scheduled for Thursday, March 16, 2023, at 3:00pm PST at the Palm Cheyenne Mortuary, with a funeral service on Friday, March 17, 2023, at 10:30am PST, and military honor burial following at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
