Sending my love and sincere condolences to the whole family. I am truly at a lost for words and in disbelief. I had the pleasure of working with Cynthia for 30 years. We were also friends and did things outside of work. We started State Fund about the same time, promoted everytime at the same time and even moved to the same offices together and we ended our career by retiring at the same time as well. We stayed in contact after we retired and shared the joy our grandkids gave us. She told me about her plan to move to Las Vegas to be closer to Rod and the grandkids. I just am so so saddened by her sudden passing. She was truly a kind hearted soul and I will forever miss her. I am sorry I cannot make her services but know I will be lifting you all up in prayer. Rest in Peace Cynthia.... until we meet again fly high with the Angels.

Losing Cindy has left a void that can't be filled. She was such a wonderful friend and I miss her dearly.

Words do not adequately express the sorrow and loss that I feel due to the passing of our beloved Cynthia. She was a warm and wonderful co-worker and friend to so many of us, at SCIF. She was kind, thoughtful and intelligent in her interactions with the public as well as her personal friends. I am so thankful that I can remember her always as someone dedicated to her work, her friends and most importantly, to her Family. May she rest in peace and bring smiles, instead of tears.

I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with Cynthia for 26 years. Words can’t express how much I miss my friend, confidant and Sister In Christ. There’s not a day that goes by that I don’t think of her and all the countless conversations we had. Since retiring from the State, our friendship grew stronger by the day. I’m so blessed to have had the opportunity to call her my friend. She was truly God sent and a gift to all. I’ll always cherish the memories we shared.
