Debra is survived by her husband, Harrison Cornelius Duff III.
Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. Funeral arrangements have been made by Palm Northwest Mortuary and Cemetery.
A memorial service for Debra will be held Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at 12:40 AM at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Veteran's Memorial Drive, Boulder City, Nevada 89005.
