Dorothy M.C. Maldonado passed away in Las Vegas, Nevada on August 18, 2011 at the age of 88. Born January 1, 1923 in Denver, Colorado, she had been a resident of Nevada since 1996. Dorothy is a retired Cashier from a Grocery Store. She is survived by her husband, Jess Maldonado; step-son, Steve Maldonado; grandson, Steve Maldonado, Jr.; sister-in-law, Ruth Callahan; and many nieces and nephews in Las Vegas and California. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 24, 2011 from 11:00am to 3:00pm at Palm Cheyenne Mortuary, with Funeral Service to follow at 6:00pm. Graveside Service will be at 1:30pm on Friday, August 26 at All Souls Cemetery in Long Beach, California. Arrangements under the direction of Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada.
