Very sad to hear about Eric ..My father and I used to do a lot of work him …He was a very good man ..
I always appreciated his words of encouragement when I was a young man …Even after running back into him years later ..He told me how proud he was of me and that meant alot to show him that is words weren’t unnoticed …Thank you Eric and may u rest in peace …prayers to the whole Jordan family …Tjay and Terry murphy …

I was sadden to hear of my friend Eric’s passing. He was such an inspiration to me and the many youth he talked to in the juvenile justice system. Our first meeting happened over 10 years ago when he was working  off Pecos and Charleston. His bright smile was larger than life and his ability to connect with people with  humor and compassion was God given.
Eric was funny, witty and smart! He loved his family with all his heart and his friends he was always available too.
I know God has a special place for him, and he will continue to look over his family and friends with the same compassion and big smile that he had on earth.

Eric was without question, my favorite guy in the flooring community. Eric and my fad have worked together for many years. I always enjoyed listening to his wonderful stories about his wife and kids. He truly beamed with joy when he talked about his wife. My favorite memory of Eric, which I recently shared with EJ, was my first day of work at my dads flooring business, 4 years ago. He sat me and my sales rep down and told my sales rep there was a new boss in town and if he likes his job he suggests he listen to me  lol. I was really intimidated as it was my first day but Eric made it easy to enjoy and had me laughing out loud. He shared stories about his earlier football days and how him and his wife met which was truly touching. We bonded over his kids being my age and us going to rival high schools. Eric was a good man who i really respected. He will truthfully be missed. My dad said it best, Las Vegas is a lesser place without you Eric. Eric and I have known each other for over 20 years through the floor covering industry.  He was a wonderful person who was never without a smile on his face. My condolences to entire Jordan Family. I was honored to call him a colleague and blessed to call him a friend. He will be forever missed.

Eric & I ended up becoming friends through a mutual friend and my family also attended the Church where he was a youth Minister. The time spent with Eric gave me the inspiration to become a better person & a value to the community. His mentorship & leading as a male role model was life changing influencing me to take my spiritual life seriously & to live my life for others rather than for myself leading to humility & selflessness. Eric has been a image of what a man, father, husband & community leader should be without having to say it but leading by it and one of the greatest mentors to many Las Vegas successful people to date!
