Frances Antoinette Burns

Frances “Fran” Burns, 81, of North Las Vegas, NV died Saturday, July 3, 2021 at her home surrounded by family. She was born May 12, 1940 in Baltimore, MD, daughter of the late Joseph and Christine Cerniglia. She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Ronald “Ron” Burns.

Fran, fondly called Mom-Mom by her grandchildren, was a homemaker who beautifully raised four children. She loved all animals, had a passion for photography and enjoyed going to Bingo. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. She will be forever loved and missed.

In addition to her beloved husband Ron, she is survived by her children Ronnie Burns and wife Rose, Marian Phillips and husband Jim, Dianne May, Michael Burns and fiancé Karen Ortiz; 15 grandchildren, Carissa and husband Robert Wheaton, Matthew and Melissa Burns, Steven, Laurie, Jennifer and her fiancé Chadwick French, Christopher, Michelle, Kyle, Andrew, James, Justin, Robbie, Michael and Aliya Blevins; 10 great-grandchildren, Patrick, Jordan, Ryan, Alexis and Jason Blevins, Harper and Benjamin French, Hailey Shaw, Olivia and Charlotte Wheaton; brother Joe and wife Cathy Cerniglia.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, July 14 at 8:30 a.m. with the funeral service following at 10 a.m. at Palm Northwest Mortuary, 6701 N. Jones Blvd, Las Vegas, NV.
