Frances was the widow of Ernest Campbell. Frances is survived by her son, Neal, and her beloved granddaughter, Devan.
Frances loved scrapbooking, sewing, and making bears for craft shows. She also loved all the animals that her family would bring into her home.
Energetic and always in motion, Frances could never sit still—a lasting reflection of the lively spirit she carried throughout her life.
A Committal Service will be held at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Veterans Memorial Dr., Boulder City, NV 89005, on April 14, 2026, at 10:40 AM.
