Gerrie Lynn Demore, 59, of Las Vegas, passed away July 24, 2017. She was born June 29, 1958 to Joseph and Mary Demore. Gerrie was the Training Officer for SNAMHS for the State of Nevada for the past 19 years. She was a loving and devoted daughter, sister, aunt, second mother, cousin, and friend. Gerrie was preceded in death by her father Joseph. She is survived by her mother Mary, brothers Thomas and Joseph, sister Monica, nephews Thomas and Michael, niece Ashley, and great nephew Joseph Pete. Services will be held at 2:00 pm, Friday, August 4, at St. Joseph, Husband of Mary Roman Catholic Church, 7260 W. Sahara Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89117. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to American Diabetes Association. Gerrie will be missed by everyone who knew her. Rest in peace. We will carry you in our hearts forever.
