James was born on September 4, 1993 at Balboa Naval Hospital in San Diego, California. His parents were Richard and Belinda Hall. James was raised in North Las Vegas, Nevada. James passed away on February 10, 2013 at University Medical Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. He is survived by his parents Richard and Belinda, his sister, Christina and brother, Steven. Services were held at Palm Northwest Mortuary. James was laid to rest in Palm Northwest Mortuary and Cemetery, Las Vegas, Nevada.
