Jerick Allen Goering, 17, a student, of North Las Vegas, passed away Oct. 22, 2011. He was born Feb. 14, 1994, in Tacoma, Wash., and was a 12-year resident of Nevada. He was a senior at the Advanced Technologies Academy with plans to study graphic design in college. A lover of video games, he had many caring friends and family who will miss him dearly. Jerick is survived by his father, Richard Goering; mother, Corazon Uson; and sister, Janette Goering. Visitation will be 3-7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 27, and 2-5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 28, with services following, both at Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave.
